Lache Action Plan

The proposal was for Lache Park to have investment into new children’s play equipment, including inclusive play, to support improved facilities for children.

Where are we now?

The project is now complete and the upgraded park was officially opened in July 2024.

Extensive consultation with residents, stakeholders and children took place in 2023 on options and we secured funding of £225,000 plus fees for project management, from the Council’s capital programme, section 106 developer contributions and several private trusts via a Spacehive campaign led by Friends of Lache.
