Family Hubs
Family Hubs are for all of our families, a place to receive non-judgmental support for challenges you may be facing.
They support children and young people from conception until they reach the age of 19 (or up to 25 for young people with special educational needs and disabilities) and their families.
They bring together council, health and community services, improving connections between families, professionals, services and providers.
Our Family Hubs put strong relationships at the heart of family support. We aim to make sure that families can access the right support, from the right people, at the right time.
