If you feel that the travel assistance policy has been incorrectly applied, you can make an appeal through one of the following routes:
Spare seats
If you are not eligible for travel assistance, you might be able to purchase a spare seat for your child on our contracted services where available. More information can be found on our Spare Seats Scheme page.
For adults
Any person accessing travel assistance through Adult Social Care, or their carer, who is not satisfied with the outcome of a travel assistance assessment, review or re-assessment should speak to their allocated social care worker who can progress their concerns.
