Landlord offer
Landlords are supported throughout the tenancy period, with advice and guidance, mediation services and communication with the tenant.
We also provide a gratitude payment as a thank you for choosing to work with us.

These additional incentives are offered to landlords who can provide good quality and affordable one-bed or bedsit accommodation in any part of the borough including Chester, Ellesmere Port, Northwich and Winsford. We would ideally like tenants to be offered a 12-month tenancy.
The Landlords Incentive Project (LIP) is in addition to the new Private Rented Sector Service (PRS).
LIP aims to increase access to new private rented sector tenancies for vulnerable adults, including rough sleepers, and those who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Additional payments and support is provided for landlords housing more challenging tenants.
How do we help tenants?
We offer help to tenants with rent deposits; or we can offer a security bond to landlords which is held by the us to offer security that will cover a set value in the case of rent arrears, damage, theft, or abandonment support costs at the end of a tenancy.
We can also offer a ‘pet bond’ for Landlords who are happy to provide accommodation to pet owners; and the pet bond works in the same way as the security bond.
The project can help/signpost tenants with white goods, furniture, and other items they may need to maintain a successful tenancy.
