During the consultation we received the following feedback to inform our strategy.
It depends on what the activity is to be honest. Or where it is. I wouldn't mind going somewhere else, but it depends on what the activity is and where it’s going to be at
Buildings are low-grade, grey environment, low-grade conditions…and that's what, in my opinion, seems to be the accepted norm
I think targeted youth provision is very important because obviously…they’re not like 'normal' children who can just go out and about. Meeting up with a friend at the Youth Club is very, very important - to have that bit of normality for them
Over the last two years especially, we’ve noticed a clear distinction between under 11s, under 13s and over 13s
We need to be more proactive finding ways to engage via social media - TikTok for example
I think [small groups are] a great idea because when working in a smaller group, everyone has more chance of being heard and will find it more comfortable to talk
