Disabled railcard discount codes

Are you eligible?

Qualifying disabled residents of Cheshire West and Chester can get a 20% discount on the price of a railcard making it £16 instead of the full price of £20, if they have a discount code. Please see the National Rail website to see if you qualify.

How to apply

If you qualify and already have a Cheshire concessionary bus pass you can apply online.

Apply for a discount code

If you do not have a Cheshire concessionary bus pass you can apply by visiting one of our offices with the evidence:

Proof of address - Utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months.
Proof of identity - Passport, driving licence or birth certificate.

Please note: Proof of disability does not need to be provided to obtain a code, however this will need to be provided to National Rail at point of application. You can see acceptable forms of evidence on the National Rail website.

What happens next

Once you have received your code, you can then purchase your railcard directly from National Rail.
