These are larger patching works undertaken using a Multihog and New Hydrohog Planer which allow larger patches to be knocked out to a consistent depth. The New Hydrohog dual-fuel system injects hydrogen into the existing diesel combustion engine to displace up to 40% of diesel fuel and make a significant contribution to CO2 savings and reduced city pollution.

Rejuvopatch is a hardworking, durable product which can be used for pothole repairs, or as a total pre-surface treatment that can be applied all year round. It is ideal for road repairs in high population density areas and busy pedestrian routes, alongside very busy roadways and inaccessible sites. It is a microasphalt product used to undertake larger patches.

This process involves breaking down the existing road surface and re-grading the material to form a new profile. New emulsion is mixed into the existing material and the surface is then compacted. Additional material and chippings are rolled in to close any surface voids before a surface dressing is applied to the new surface.
