The National Food Hygiene Scheme is a national scheme run in partnership with the Food Standards Agency. The rating scheme encourages you to make informed choices about the places where you eat out or shop. Food businesses within Cheshire now receive certificates stating their current food hygiene rating to be displayed at their premises.
