Council launches customer experience survey for Adult Social Care

The Council has introduced a new customer experience survey for Adult Social Care, gathering valuable feedback from people who access support to better understand their needs and continually improve the quality of services being offered.
The survey is open to those receiving support from Adult Social Care, as well as their family members, carers and advocates, and everyone is encouraged to share their honest feedback and experiences.
Councillor Sheila Little, Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care, said:
We’re always looking to improve the services we provide in Adult Social Care and it’s important people with lived experience help us shape the support they receive. We recently launched Enabling Great Lives, our new Adult Social Care Strategy for 2024-28, and meaningful conversations with people we support to understand their needs is a key part of that. There’s greater demand on our Adult Social Care services than ever before, with needs changing in our communities, so we need to hear from people what’s currently working for them and how they might like to be supported in the future. I’d encourage as many people as possible who currently access our services to take part in the survey and continue to provide their feedback in the future.
Now the survey has been launched, it will remain open indefinitely, providing a chance for people to have their say whenever they choose, whether they’ve accessed the Council’s support for a while or are new to services.
Paper versions of the survey are available for those who’d prefer to complete it that way. You can email: ascexperience@cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk to request a copy.
