Help us make our services better Customer Experience Survey FAQs
The customer experience survey is being used to help us better understand your experiences and continually improve the quality of your services. To help, alongside the survey, we have created some frequently asked questions to provide you with further information should you need it.
We encourage you to share your experience with your Adult Social Care service. Your feedback will help us gain valuable insights about how we can best work together and improve the quality of the services we provide.
The survey is open to everyone who is receiving (or has recently received) support from Adult Social Care, as well as their family members, carers, and advocates. All are encouraged to provide feedback and share their experiences.
Responding to the survey is completely optional, but if you choose to answer, your feedback will help us celebrate successes and find ways to improve. By participating, you play a direct role in shaping the services offered within your community.
Feedback will be collected and regularly reviewed by our Customer Experience Review Group. It will be shared with management and leaders to be factored into planning, improvements and service delivery. Your feedback will also be provided anonymously to the social care staff you work with.
We have a number of different options available to you depending on your preference.

We can provide the surveys in a variety of alternative formats upon request, if you want your survey in a different format, please email ASCexperience@cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk
If you need help completing the survey, you can reach out to a friend, family member or carer or your social care worker or other person you may be working with if you feel comfortable. Alternatively, you can call in to one of our Let’s Talk locations for further support.
You would only be contacted about your responses in the survey if you have consented to being contacted and have opted to work with us to shape our services in the future..
