The normal emergency telephony provision will be in place at all other times.

Leisure centres are operated by Brio Leisure.
Libraries
- Tuesday, 24 December: All libraries (with the exception of Storyhouse) will close at 1pm.
- Wednesday, 25 - Thursday 26 December: All libraries closed (Storyhouse open 26 December)
- Friday, 27 December - Monday 30 December: Ellesmere Port, Frodsham, Neston, Northwich, Upton and Winsford libraries open as usual.
- Tuesday, 31 December: Ellesmere Port, Frodsham, Neston, Northwich, Upton and Winsford libraries open (all to close at 5pm)
- Wednesday, 1 January: All libraries closed
- Thursday, 2 January: All libraries re-open as usual
