The COVID-19 key statistics dashboard was first published in September 2020 and has been updated every weekday until March 2023. The dashboard is now retired and will no longer be updated. Below is a narrative summary of infection rates, hospitalisations and deaths from COVID-19 starting in March 2020 through to 1 April 2022 when mass testing was halted nationally.
Final COVID-19 key statistics dashboard (September 2021)
The COVID-19 key statistics dashboard was created in June 2020 to enable the council and residents to understand and monitor the pandemic's impact upon both the council and the borough, and to support the council's response effort. The dashboard was retired as of 16 September 2021 but has been preserved as a record of the impact of COVID-19 on the council and local economy.
