The elected members of the Council

There are 70 elected members of Cheshire West and Chester Council, representing the 45 wards that make up the area.

• 37 Labour Group councillors
• 23 Conservative Group councillors
• 2 Green Party councillors
• 2 Independent councillors (Grouped)
• 1 Liberal Democrat councillor
• 5 Non-aligned Independent councillors

The 70 councillors will serve until the next elections in May 2027.
