Pharmacy Survey

The Pharmacy Survey has now closed

Thank you to everyone who took part.

Your feedback will inform the Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment 2025 which will be available in draft for a 60 day consultation during Spring/Summer 2025.

You will be able to take part via the Council’s website.

Your views on community pharmacy

The Cheshire West and Chester Health and Wellbeing Board would like to invite you to tell us about your use of community pharmacies, also known as chemists. This is to ensure that the services provided meet your needs.

How to share your views

If you use a community pharmacy in the borough we would like to hear from you. We would be grateful if you could complete the short survey. This will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Your answers will be treated in the strictest confidence and will be kept anonymous. They will not be passed on to anyone and your pharmacist or GP will not see your answers. The survey is open to everyone to complete between 21 October to 1 December.

Please note the survey is being hosted by Liverpool City Council on behalf of all Councils in Cheshire and Merseyside.

Have your say

How will my feedback be used?

We regularly review what pharmacy services we have, the needs of local people and how things might change in the future, every three years. This process is called a ‘Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment’ and we are writing one at the moment. The findings from the survey will be included in this Cheshire West and Chester’s Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment and will be published in Autumn 2025.
