You can book itravel via App, website or by telephone.

You can book an itravel trip up to 20 minutes before you wish to travel (depending on availability) and up to 30 days in advance. We recommend booking in advance where possible to avoid disappointment.
If using the itravel app, you will be able to track the minibus 15 minutes before your pick-up time. You will then have real-time updates of the vehicle’s progress. You will also receive notifications via the app to let you know when your vehicle is nearby. Please ensure push notifications have been enabled for the itravel app.
If you have booked by the website or by the call centre, you will receive text notifications of the vehicles’ progress.
itravel will endeavour to always get you on the move when you need us. If it is not possible to meet your request, we will offer you a choice of alternative times.
If your journey is no longer required, please cancel up to 30 mins before your pickup time and no charge will be applied.
Failure to cancel your trip may result in your account being suspended.

Yes, English National Concessionary Travel Scheme Passes are accepted on itravel services for free travel as per the terms and conditions of the ENCTS scheme.
Yes, our minibuses are accessible, and can accommodate one wheelchair. Please advise us when booking your journey.
Yes, you can take a pushchair on the bus, but you may need to fold it if the bus is busy as we need to keep the aisle of the bus clear for safety reasons.
itravel operates from 7am to 7pm on Mondays to Fridays. We regret that itravel services do not operate on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

One accompanied, well-behaved dog or other small animal which will not be a danger or a nuisance for other customers or our staff is allowed to travel with you on our buses at the discretion of the driver who may reasonably decide where on the bus the animal is best carried.
Where appropriate, dogs must be muzzled or put on a lead in accordance with the Dangerous Dogs Act. Small animals must be caged, boxed or kept on a lead. Any animal carried must remain under control and must not be allowed to sit on the seats.
If you bring an animal onto a bus, you will be held responsible for any damage, loss or injury arising from its presence on the bus.
Guide dogs, hearing or assistance dogs accompanying registered disabled persons are carried free of charge at any time. Assistance dogs should wear their harness or identification jacket when travelling.
