How do you renew your bus pass?
You will receive a letter to your home address four to six weeks before the expiry date. This will have a unique renewal code which you will need and your existing bus pass number.
What to do if you’ve lost your bus pass?
If you’ve lost your bus pass and it isn’t expired, you will need to pay a fee for a replacement bus pass. The charge for a replacement bus pass is £10.50. Before apply for a replacement pass, we advise waiting one week before you apply for a replacement, as it’s possible you could find your pass within this timeframe.
Please note: This service is only for an older person’s bus pass or disabled bus pass replacement.
Stolen passes will be replaced free of charge with a completed form and a copy of the crime letter issued by the police.
If your original pass is found after the issue of your replacement you must return the original pass to us for secure disposal.
What to do if my pass is lost and expired?
If your pass is lost and expired, you do not need to pay a replacement fee.
