Darnhall Bridge, Winsford

A road closure will be needed for around four weeks while works take place on Darnhall Bridge, near Winsford. Works to prop the wall of the bridge will begin from Monday 29 July with diversions in place via Church Minshall and Wettenhall.

The bridge will be closed to pedestrians and cyclists during working hours from 8am to 5pm. There will be Saturday working but no works on Sundays. Pedestrians and cyclists will be able to cross the bridge when the contractor is not working.

These works are essential so the Grade II listed bridge can remain in use and will include propping the bridge wall, kerbing and drainage.
