Property search service

There are some temporary changes to how we provide access to information requested as a personal search related to Local Land Charges. To ensure the safety of staff and requesters, we are no longer offering a viewing service to access information under Environmental Information Regulations 2004.

Search results will now be emailed directly to the customer until further notice. However, please be advised that current volumes of requests are currently well in excess of our usual volumes due to effects of the pandemic. Both of these factors are resulting in longer search and response times and so you may experience a delay in getting the information you have requested, and in some cases this may be longer than the statutory 20 day timeframe.

We apologise for any inconvenience in advance, but please be assured that we will are aiming to comply with the 20 day timeframe wherever possible.
