Overview
Affordable housing is for people whose current housing does not meet their needs and they are unable to afford to buy or rent a home on the open market.
There are both rental and low-cost home ownership options available in Cheshire West, including affordable rent, social rent, Council or Housing Association rented housing, shared ownership, shared equity, discounted market sale and First Homes (starter homes).
