Report a road defect
We receive a high volume of pothole enquiries across the Highway network every year. We must inspect the Highway network in accordance with our safety 'Code of Practice' so that repairs are identified and prioritised based on safety risk.

Outlined pothole
This has already been reported and inspected. It has been added to our schedule for repair.
Large pothole with no outline
A pothole in this condition should be reported via our online form
Small pothole
A pothole in this condition does not need to be reported at this time, we will continue to monitor through our safety inspections and future reports
Worn out surface
If the surface is in this condition it does not need to be reported at this time, we will continue to monitor through our safety inspections and future reports
