A540 Raby Park Road junction improvements

As previously informed, the land required for this improvement scheme has now been purchased and tree removal for the proposed works has been completed. United Utilities diverted their water main in April.

Cadent Gas will begin their gas main diversion works on Monday 12 August for around nine weeks. Upper Raby Road will be closed for the full duration and Raby Park Road will be closed until the beginning of September, then, once schools reopen, traffic signals will be used and delays are expected.
