Young Carers service

One-to-one support

• You will be allocated a dedicated worker who will look after you while you are with the service. This will be the person you can turn to when you want some help or guidance.
• You will be helped to say and share what your needs are and supported to manage them.
• You will be helped to identify things in your life you would like to change or develop.
• You will be met either in school, home or out in the community, whichever is best for you.
