National Key Scheme (RADAR keys)

The National Key Scheme (often called RADAR keys) offers disabled people independent access to locked public toilets around the country. This scheme means that only people who have these keys can use the accessible toilets, helping to avoid misuse and damage.

The Chester Community Toilet Scheme is a partnership with several businesses in Chester who allow use of their facilities during opening hours without an obligation to purchase.
