What happens next?
After you have submitted your financial assessment information via the calculator, we may need to contact you to request further information or evidence, therefore please check your emails on a regular basis.
Once we finalise your assessment, we will email you details of your assessed charge via secure email. We will also use this email system to send you your invoice for care services.
If you do not provide an email address, we will send any correspondence to your home address.
Changes in circumstances
Please note that the amount you are assessed to contribute towards your care may alter if you have any change in your income, capital, expenditure, or personal circumstances. You must inform us of these changes within 28 days.
