Chester's Grosvenor Museum is a hidden gem say Visit England
Following an assessment in July, Chester’s Grosvenor museum has maintained its Visit England accredited attraction status.
The assessment looked at: Pre-arrival, Arrival, Attraction, Cleanliness, Toilets, Retail and Staff. To achieve accreditation, there must be a combined score of at least 60% overall. The Museum's combined score was 83% with the highest score in the staff category (97%) and cleanliness (90%)

The Grosvenor Museum has recently installed new lifts and refurbished the toilets.

The Grosvenor Museum is open Tuesday to Saturday, 10.30am to 5pm and Sunday, 1pm to 4pm. Closed on Monday, but open on Bank Holiday Mondays. Entry is free but donations are welcome.
