Leave the M53 at junction 8 and at the roundabout at the end of the slip road, take the second exit (signposted Poole Industrial Estate). Follow road for 1/4 mile until you reach Pioneer Point on the left-hand side. Continue on for a further 1/4 mile to reach Pioneer House.
