Report a change of circumstances

It is important that your licence and information is kept up to date. If your circumstances have changed since applying for your drivers badge or private hire operator's licence, please notify us. We are particularly interested in:

• name or address changes
• new convictions including driver licence points and cautions
• change in medical circumstances
• anything else you feel is relevant
• an accident in your private hire vehicle
