Make a complaint about a driver, vehicle or operator
Unfortunately there may be times when you are not satisfied with the service you have received.
If you wish to complain about a vehicle being late or a fare dispute with a private hire vehicle, you should initially complain directly to the private hire operator company. The operator must respond to your complaint within 28 days.

If you are unhappy about the condition of a vehicle, behaviour of a driver, operator or other matter, you can make a complaint:
